With StudioLine DigitalXpress you can send huge amounts of data without overloading other people’s mail boxes, or just as easily make your photos and videos viewable on the web.

Because this is the first time you are using DigitalXpress to send files, an "Upload" profile with appropriate settings will be created automatically.

DigitalXpress can manage any number of profiles, so you need to choose a meaningful name. We will call our profile “Christmas”.

The DigitalXpress window opens with a preview of the files you selected previously.

If you would like to add more images or videos, simply locate them in the image archive and then drag those files to the DigtalXpress window.

Now it’s time to transfer the files to the server. (Make sure that your PC is connected to the Internet.)

During the file transfer you can monitor the progress by watching the counters in the left column of the DigitalXpress window. On our screen shot, the counter indicates that there is still one file left in the folder "Outbox" and the thumbnail in that folder shows which file has yet to be sent.

Successfully uploaded files have already been moved to the "Sent Items" folder.

Select Images and Videos and Launch DigitalXpress

Select files from the image archive to be used for your DigitalXpress online album.

Click the right mouse button on the file and choose

The "Outbox" folder will be empty once the entire file transfer was successful.

Sharing your files is very easy.

Simply email an invitation with a personalized access code to other StudioLine users.  If you prefer, you can also email a web address for an online album to folks who are not yet StudioLine users. They will be able to view your photos and videos in their web browser.

DigitalXpress will generate either email for you. You'll simply have to send it off.

Now click on the email icon on the DigitalXpress tool bar.

To share the uploaded files as an online album, select the first option "Create DigitalXpress Album Link" and choose the style “Christmas” and click "Continue".

If you would like to use a different style for future invitations, you would simply pick a different style without having to upload the files anew.

DigitalXpress will launch your default email software configured in Windows and show an automatically generated message text. Just send that email to the desired recipients.

Once people receive your email, they simply click the link in the email to open your online album. There they can preview your files and download them to their computers, even if they do not have StudioLine installed.

There are major benefits: You don’t need to arrange for your own server space, worry about proper server settings, learn about file transfer technology, become a web designer or even need your own web site.

It was child’s play!

To upload the pending files, simply click the first icon on the DigitalXpress tool bar.

DigitalXpress will commence the file transfer.

To check which files are available online, click the folder "Sent Items". DigitalXpress will connect with the server and display the online content.
