System Requirements

There are many applications where a visitor might wish to browse through a series of pages, such a slide shows or a multi-page article. StudioLine can generate links between such related pages automatically. This saves time and avoids missing or bad links.

For automatic navigation links to function, all "member" pages must be placed in the same StudioLine folder.

Every member page needs to be set up with forward and backward navigation links. Ideally, you would place those links in a layout template that is then used to create the individual member pages.

Once all member pages have been created, open the "StudioLine Explorer - Pages" and right-click on the folder containing the pages.

From the context menu choose "Folder Navigation Links".

Set the checkmark to activate the function. This will cause sequential forward and backward links to be generated for each member page.

The optional "Index Page" is a parent page located outside folder and contains links to each of the member pages. That page can also control the order in which member pages are linked.
